“Going To School” - another great little vintage find from the Moorabbin op-shop… for 1959 it’s not as “old school” as you’d expect - I’ve picked out some pages that could pass for modern-day scenarios, perhaps even in an inquiry learning setting (I love the nature table!)
Three Modern Classics I fished out of a dumpster today!
These three came from the school I went to as a kid - “Harry by the sea” is one of my favourites so maybe I’ve read this exact copy before… glad I spotted them before they went out in the recycling. Very strange!
tumblrbot asked: WHERE WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO VISIT ON YOUR PLANET?
I’d like to go back to Mossman Gorge, North Queensland, Australia. Such a wonderful place!

Welcome to Chloe’s bookshelf!
Hello,
This is my first ever blog….
I’ll be sharing and archiving images and information from my collection of children’s books. I’m studying to become a primary school teacher so I need to learn how to use blogs (though I’m sure it’ll be the kids showing me what to do and not the other way around!) and I thought this would be a great way to show off my collection.
Hope you will enjoy taking a look!
Chloe
